It’s not Jon’s fault actually, the name is pretty unusable! It’s true, really. This is one of the most misspelled names I’ve ever encountered (another is Erik.). Google jacob neilson or just jacob and each time, the first result is useit.com.
Anyways, back to topic…terrific line up, Jon. The BayCHI events keep getting better and better.
